Preferably Thrillers......I thought of Stephen King or John Grisham but either have seen most movie adaptations or will wait for the soon to be movie adaptations. Hate Self Help books-I streamed the Monk who sold his ferrari the other day and found it lame. Political thrillers based on reality(with lot's of masala added of course) or something like Dan Brown Novels-History based thrillers) will be great :two_thumbs_up:

Political thrillers based on reality(with lot's of masala added of course) or something like Dan Brown Novels-History based thrillers) will be great :two_thumbs_up: For thrillers you can try the Millenium trilogy by Steig Larsson, The Hunt for Red October by Tom Clancy, some of the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child, some of the earlier works of Frederick Forsyth (those written between 1970 and 1980 mainly), The Andromeda Strain by Michael Chirchton, the Hannibal Lecter series by Thomas Harris etc. Same here - I also hate self help books. For political thrillers you can try No Safe Place by Richard North Patterson, Absolute Power by David Baldacci, The Camel Club series by David Baldacci, the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn. BTW on the topic of audio books - I love reading but I just can't "listen" to a book. I always fall asleep if I try :giggle:

I have a pretty big collection :--D If listening to books/podcast works for you then these are really great and you can use all that time. I can't even listen to podcasts because I just get bored so now I only watch video podcasts :giggle:

Stephen King's novels are a safe bet - Misery, The Dead Zone, Pet Cemetery, Salem's Lot If you like Mysteries, check out Agatha Christie's novels. They are very good. If you like any one of the books, you may want to check out some of the other books written by the writers.
