They are mandated to voice out BCCI's opinions on such issues

Helmets are not perfect. It didn't save Phil Hughes. So stop wearing helmets. The point is not how perfect it is. The Question is whether DRS + Umpires can together give more correct decisions, and the answer to that is YES... So, DRS is the way to go. If anything, ICC better write some rules for specific situations where DRS has not been implemented or interpreted correctly.

If WICB and PCB can implement it, BCCI thinking of financial reasons sounds B/S. It is simply BCCI ego. They went ahead with it when it started, decided the team isn't using it well, pulled out of it, and doesn't want to change its opinion

When a batsman reviews a Caught behind decision, the umpire can look at : - Deviation, Sound - Hotspot - Snicko (though not allowed to use officially) How should this be priortized? If one or two fail him, which should he consider more important? If some of them are inconclusive, does the benefit of go in favor of the umpire or the batsman? These rules need to be clearly stated. If these were in place, I can't understand how Usman Khawaja's Caught Behind decision is not overturned. Does anybody remember DRS ever overturning a caught behind decision for missing the bat and not hitting anything? Here is Khawaja's dismissal: CLpxMSoEIYI
