Imagine if PK would have been asked to make some edits, and this same secular channel would have gone berserk debating freedom of speech.

May be RSS and parivar helped movie getting more money and of course nothing controversial that what was in OMG. OMG attacks only Hindu superstitions, this clearly supports some stereotypes like missionaries use money to lure STs for conversion or bombs by muslims. RSS people could have taken it as another example of Love-Jihad also :giggle:

Also the unique marketing AK always does in his movies helps in good collection... Yes you can blame the fringe elements but it's not as bad as States banning the screening of the movie...

You can't compare one person's reasoning with a film. there are millions in India who beileve Godse was right . can there be film from some big superstar in which he plays Godse and Justify killing of Gandhi , but personally I am sure many people reason that Godse was right Also a film's success is no proof that it is offensive or not. Just remember Fanaa was also abig hit in which Aamir played role of Kashmiri freedom fighter (terrorist) The film also has dialogue that India betrayed Kashmiri's by not allowing them referendum .So can we say that India is OK with Kashmir's freedom?
