These donations were made on 5th April 2014. So the UPA should've been on the button to begin with. Now, why didn't the UPA notify any of the authorities? AVAM came out with their revelations today. Whether BJP have known this all along or not, I don't know. Either way, these inquiries should've taken place last year under UPA rule. I mean, they were still in power. Which elections? LS 2014 or Delhi 2015? Even if they are discovered now and BJP suspects that there is wrong doing then why isnt it saying that these will be investigated. I dont know why they dont say that it should be investigated by govt.

This has been the trend this whole election, put AAP through tests and when it comes to BJP or to prove anything then move on to the next topic.

Investigating fraud like this is a time bound process. And this happened almost a year ago, so it will take time to come out with bonafide documents. There is a reason why Kejri was doggedly defending Spambot Bharti. They have an election to win as well. AAP has given them a good run for their money in this campaign. Let's see. Promises to be an interesting week.

They had claimed that every donation above Rs. 10 Lacs will be checked by the PAC by also doing the background check of the Donor ( In this case the 4 bogus companies which appears to act as the front to get foreign funding for AAP)... I'm not sure but it seems you need to inform the authorities if you get donation above Rs. 10 Lacs from dubious sources (not sure about the legalities)... A simple background check of these bogus companies, their address etc. By PAC (AAP) would've revealed the dubious source of funding... Now whether they did the background check or not is a matter of investigation... Kejri has himself said that he'll investigate the companies once he becomes CM... Let's see how it goes...

I don't see any favourable factor... The final straw was Bedi becoming the CM candidate... Congress votes shifting to AAP totally... There will be bloodbath in BJP state unit after the elections... The Delhi based MSM too might get targeted...

I wont be surprised if AAP win Delhi elections. But will be surprised if both Congress and AAP improve their vote share from 2013.

So, my question is: how is he any different from Congess, SP, BSP, etc. which do the same? When he formed the party, he said he won't play politics of religion and caste.

Now will BJP or congress or all these State parties have the shame to publish their funds . They don't even have the right to show finger at AAp in these issues .
