Good points... I feel the same that our bowling is different when we have above par score compare to when we have below par. We need to test bowling when we have 250s in score.

The bowling will automatically be tested when Ind posts a sub-par score, but we don't need to hope that Ind gets a sub par score just to test the bowling .... If the team scores 280+ every time it goes out to bat, I will be happy. If it scores less than 250, chances are that it would be a 250 pitch so the bowling would be competitive in those conditions. If it scores 250 on a 300 wkt, the team probably deserves to lose the game

it becomes really difficult from semis....but I have seen surprises from this team earlier as well in the ICC tournaments

SA batting first could have posted 300+ score with same bowling and batting line up and that's another factor.. Bowling looks different when we are bowling first.

What scores of the opposition would make you happy if we bowl first in all remaining group games. I would be satisfied if we keep UAE under 180 @ Perth(Tough wicket to bat) West Indies under 220 @Perth(again tough wicket, but since windies got big hitters which is good to have on such wickets, I will be happy if we can bowl them out around 220 which would still be a good decent challenging total for us to chase on this WACA wicket). Zimbabwe under 245 @ Hamilton.( Pitch is good for batting and ground is not that big and Zimbabwe isn't the worst batting line up and has some decent players. If they get somewhere 245, I won't mind and would still be satisfied with our bowling performance as a whole.) Ireland under 230.(Great top 6 bats for an associate team. They love these ground and if we keep them under 230, I will be really impressed. This will also be a huge pressure game for Ireland since the gropu games would be coming to close and they would be batting with more caution to keep their RR intact and not lose much wickets. )
