I would really like to know how an educated guy makes such a call How is being barbaric, descending to the criminal's level make anything better? Do you KNOW most criminals follow this exact thought process. Where they want to PUNISH others outside the law? Do you know barbaric deeds makes the whole society more de-sensitized to violence, crimes and in general less civilized?

The mentality of these people is, if they rape someone, they can get away with it. If they are innocent, let the law takes its course to prove him guilty, if proven guilty with substantial evidence, he should be given a death penalty immediately (a mob fury may be justified in this case). If you maul these ****ers in public, it will create some sort of fear which for some reason is not happening with our so called "Judicial process". This fear will force these inhuman ****ers to think many times before committing a crime as big as raping someone. Sometimes, you gotta treat these criminals the way they deserve to be treated. If you try and bring human rights, justice and other such parameters, this violence against women can never be stopped. Now, you tell me why the rapists (proven guilty with substantial evidence) should not be treated this way ? P.S : If a girl has falsified stories and is proven to have acted as a rape victim without being touched, severe punishment should also be imposed on the woman.

I mean this sort of punishment is justified in cases where the accused is proven guilty and substantial evidence is stacked up against him. These criminals should be given some inhuman treatment. If a terrorists don't think twice before killing innocent people, if a rapist do not think once for the victim or her family before committing the crime, why on earth should we not give them inhuman treatment? If that makes our mentality like terrorists, rapists so be it. There is a big difference, they do it on innocent people, we are doing it on criminals, so this is definitely justified.
