Chappell's the real biased one, according to him the best 10 captains in history wore the baggy green lol, but he makes some very interesting points when he isn't bagging the oppositions captain.

I know he can be at times wannabe Aussie but the dude is definitely one of the better commentators going around. Having heard many commentators, I believe he is one of the best. He also seem to have good memory of games from 80s and 90s and seem to handle pretty much every game regardless of which team is playing. I personally enjoy his commentary. What you guys think of him. He is good by sheepishly tried to avoid a confrontation with ganguly when he said that Sachin found it a bit tough against the saffers in the beginning, then ganguly kinda questioned it. Nichlas ( to please Indian crowd ), said how he was lucky to see Azhar and Sachin vs SA in that famous session. They showed the comm box and the face of Nicholas was a like a school kid who was trying to bury what he said and correct it by making the atmosphere more sachin/Indian friendly

Interesting to note that and I am not disagreeing that he might have been put in his place or whatever, but still feel he is great to hear. He still, like many others of our own like Ravi Shastri or Sunny, likes and is in awe with our batsmen.

He does have a great voice. wow that was so legendary. will never forget that another one same match was when afridi got out on a slog. 'It beggars belief...' his lines are memorable. ive only prolly watched a total of 20 matches with him commentating and there are 3-4 phrases which are stuck in my mind. Bhogle hasn't done anything remotely close in close to 500 matches ive watched with him commentating
