If she can be blamed for this crime , should Shivraj Singh Chauhan be blamed for horrendous incidents of rapes in Madhya Pradesh ? Madhya Pradesh has been the worst state in India for multiple years as per the NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau) reports . MP has reported the highest number of rape cases in the country for multiple years (At least since 2012) . Once again the MSM suffers from a disease of selective outrage. The so-called "good governance" states are completely ignored.Mamata Banerjee has a history of blaming the rape victim. At several times, she has alleged that rapes are a conspiracy against her government. No other chief minister has displayed such a disgusting lack of sensitivity in such cases. That honor belongs to the secular champion Mamata.
