Is this source reliable? There's a good chance that the girl was planted,but i don't think even NDTV would be so dumb to plant their employee.

Shareholding pattern information is available. most of the Shares are held by Roy and his wife through their holding company. Some %age is also held by the Oswal group. ( there is a lot of controversy regarding the Oswals) There has been suggestion that NDTV was bailed out by Mukesh Ambani .
