http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/excel-evidence-presented-by-digivjaya-singh-was-forged-says-court-757953?pfrom=home-lateststories Remember all the hullabaloo and MSM(especially NDTV) going berserk over allegations by Diggy Piggy against Shivraj Singh Chouhan about a major corruption scam involving bribery in job recruitment in MP.That document was accepted today as a forgery by the Madhya Pradesh High Court which is monitoring the investigation. Seriously how low can Congress and bazaaru media stoop. - The alleged scam is centered around MP Government officers allegedly accepting bribes from job-seekers. In return, the bribe-givers were reportedly able to use imposters for recruitment exams to medical and other departments between 2007 and 2013. - Since 2011, the High Court has been supervising the police investigation, described by Congress leaders like Digvijaya Singh as a scheme to protect the guilty including the Chief Minister, who is now in his third term. - In February, Mr Singh and his colleagues including Jyotiraditya Scindia demanded that the CBI take over the case because the police had destroyed or tampered with important evidence that they said indicted Mr Chouhan. They said an excel spreadsheet found on a computer hard-drive had been tweaked to clumsily remove references of Mr Chouhan as the one recommending candidates. - But the police has told the court that the document, and a pen drive with a copy of the spreadsheet, that was furnished by a man described by the Congress as a whistle-blower is inauthentic. - Today the Court rubbished the charges by Digvijaya Singh and stated that the Excel 'Evidence' was forged !!!!

Diggi Raja is at the end of his political career.. so desperate that he had to make one last attempt to sieze power for himself & probably for his family. The sooner these old farts are eliminated from Congress the better for the younger generation.

There is hardly any 'younger generation' in Congress. Its just the next generation of these leaders.

Another shining example how NDTV is completely sold now. Court hasn't even gone in the details of the evidences. Court has just admitted a report by STF (which is part of MP police which works under CM Chouhan) which says that evidence submitted by Digvijaya Singh against Chouhan in form of excel files are in-authentic or forged, if one insists on the use of that word. Court has not deliberated on the evidences and they have merely admitted as procedural thing. How much credibility should be given to evidence submitted by a body which is investigating it's own boss? Other reports on these proceedings. Document naming CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan in MP-PEB scam is fake: SIT Read more at: http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/47044015.cms?utm_source=contentofinterest&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=cppst Vyapam scam: Digvijaya submitted forged evidence, SIT tells court http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-others/vyapam-scam-digvijaya-submitted-forged-evidence-sit-tells-court/ Background of the case is like this. One Mr. Pandey was in possession of an excel sheet that showed many teachers were recruited on recommendations of CM Chouhan and other BJP leaders. That guy approached BJP leaders and showed them that. Of course they shooed him away. Then guy approached Digvijay singh who took up this and tried to get matter investigated. During investigation Police sought for original copy of excel sheet and found that claimed "original" excel file is different from what Singh produced. Singh and Pandey claimed that so called "original" file was tempered with to get all references to CM deleted. STF had to find which copy of these excel file of these is true, the one which indict Mr. Chouhan and or the one which absolves him. It was no-brainer what they were going to find. Through forensic test conducted in "Gujrat" they found the filed which was claimed to be "original" one wasn't tempered and was actually original one. That made the file submitted by Digvijay a tempered or forged one and that's what they submitted in court yesterday. Initially name of Mr. Pandey was kept anonymous as whistleblower but now he has come in open owning this excel sheet.

Diggi Raja is almost finished....these are his last attempts.
His time is almost over. But this Vyapam scam must be investigated independently. Whole Chauhan machinery including himself is under scanner in this. They ruined aspirations of thousands in MP.

@doordarshan SIT monitoring probe into Professional Examination Board Scam informs Madhya Pradesh HC that #DigvijaySingh produced forged documents
Yes as I have mentioned NDTV is misleading people when they made it like as if it is high court verdict.

More than 20 witnesses have died in this case so far. Surely this deserves more attention from the central Govt and media.
+1. media is all silent. IT is more interested in attacking Shushma then digging/highlighting details of this case

Astonishing that so many witnesses have died and even courts are silent.... Courts should take a suo motto cognizance of these deaths and order a CBI enquiry...

More astonishing is the weak opposition. Congress or other opposition parties should raise this as biggest issue instead they are concentrating more on Swaraj and Raje episode which is not going to yield them any result. I will not be surprised if this whole vyapam corruption comes out as a nexus between Congress and ruling BJP.

Of course, in an Anarchy people do not ever die, except of course when being hanged from a tree in front of the Chief Minister.

The congress raised this in a major way in 2013 just before the elections. We all know the result. You think BJP in the state is going to be rocked by this scam when it failed to have any electoral impact at its height in 2013?
