mishra Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 JST won't run away or something' date=' so IMO he is certainly entitled for bail under the sections he is booked.[/quote'] Not a law expert. But if on bail, As a MLA, isnt he in a position to influence the investigation, if outside?
Sachin=GOD Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 जिस RTI के सहारे खुद को बचा रहे थे तोमर, वह भी निकली फर्जी http://m.aajtak.in/story.jsp?sid=817019 Lies. Damn lies.
seedhi Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Meanwhile this is Delhi's new law minister. The current Deputy CM of Delhi last year used unspeakable language on TV for the daughter of Ashok Malik when the latter disagreed with AAPs method of protest.
asterix Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 ^ Ok so this is the new Law Minister... Looks like he too has potential....
adi B Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 The current Deputy CM of Delhi last year used unspeakable language on TV for the daughter of Ashok Malik when the latter disagreed with AAPs method of protest. Yeah saw that,mallik got very angry in the studio and rightly so.
Shivaji bhonsle Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 The current Deputy CM of Delhi last year used unspeakable language on TV for the daughter of Ashok Malik when the latter disagreed with AAPs method of protest. . He didn't use any unspeakable language. Aap were protesting for some dowry and death case. Ashok Malik was speaking like an idiot condemning protests sitting comfortably in a tv studio. The current deputy chief minister asked Ashok Malik, if he would be sitting silent and not protest if something happens to his daughter..
amiret Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 The Hindu Over the next four days, Delhi’s former Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar will be asked to “recollect and relive the most basic events of his academic life” in the interest of ongoing investigations relating to his alleged fake degrees. Recollect and relive events from 30 years ago ? ! :hmmm: “The only way to establish whether he [Mr. Tomar] was a student at Awadh University in Faizabad, Tilkamanjhi University in Bhagalpur and K.S. Saket Post-Graduate College in Ayodhya is to ask him to provide details and a narrative over and above the documents he has produced,” an officer added.
amiret Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Prinicipal claims Tomar was a student : "Former Delhi law minister Tomar has passed the three-year LLB examination from Vishwanath Singh Institute of legal Studies, Munger," the institute principal said emphatically. Mishra said the college has preserved a copy of the tabulation register sheet (TRS) sent to the college by the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU). Incidentally, the original sheet is reportedly missing from the TMBU examination department. So a copy of the Tabulation register with the College confirms Tomar was a student but the Original sheet is missing from TMBU University !! I guess this copy will also disappear soon Or perhaps the Principal himself. the principal asserted the name of Jitender Singh Tomar appears in the TRS serial number 10,136. The TRS contains marks of more than 1,000 students, including Tomar, who appeared in the examination.
amiret Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 ^ Source of this bit of information? Times of India. LINK Another quote from the article : "The college employees said Delhi Police, which visited Munger recently, had seized all the documents related to Tomar case." If college documents have been seized by Delhi police ( don't know whether that is Legal ) , then atleast it means he studied in the College. But the most alarming part of the article is this : "the original sheet (tabulation register sheet) is reportedly missing from the TMBU (University) " A copy of this sheet sent by the University to the College has been preserved by the later. But if documents have been seized by Delhi police , will this evidence survive ?
seedhi Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 . He didn't use any unspeakable language. Aap were protesting for some dowry and death case. Ashok Malik was speaking like an idiot condemning protests sitting comfortably in a tv studio. The current deputy chief minister asked Ashok Malik' date=' if he would be sitting silent and not protest[b'] if something happens to his daughter..Not "something" - he said that if Ashok Malik's daughter is burnt alive. By the way, is this way a politician is supposed to respond to a journalist? By dragging his daughter in?
seedhi Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 The Hindu Recollect and relive events from 30 years ago ? ! :hmmm:The fraud Tomar has claimed to pass his LLB in 1999. That is hardly 30 years ago.
rkt.india Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 Even RTI shown by him turned out to be fake. He lied to Kejriwal about it and can be ousted from the part y.

If this is true, than there could be bigger things at play. Though it might be case of simple mismanagement. But if such crucial record is missing, shouldn't benefit of doubt be given to Tomar ? It doesn't seem to be a straight forward case. If it was such AAP/Tomar would have come avoided coming to this situation, knowing all system and parties are ganged-up against AAP.
diga Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 Former law minister of Delhi Jitender Singh Tomar failed to trace his way to classrooms and labs of the college where he claims to have studied for two years for his graduation On Wednesday, a team from the Delhi Police was with Tomar at K S Saket PG College in Uttar Pradesh’s Faizabad district. He was asked to show the classrooms and labs of BSc students, but the 49-year-old went in the wrong direction. “He failed to recognise any lecturer and lecturers also did not recognise him,†said a police officer. Also, neither did Tomar nor his “batchmates†recognise each other. none of his batchmates too recognised him
diga Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 police are also investigating fake degree racket run by Tomar's coaching centre On Thursday, a coaching centre operated by Tomar in outer Delhi’s Rohini was also raided by a police team. Police are now probing the possibility of Tomar’s association with a fake certificate racket under the garb of the Universal Coaching Institute. “We raided the institute in the morning, but found it locked. Local enquiry revealed that it was shut since the day Tomar was formally placed under arrest,” the officer added. Inputs have been received about the possibility of a racket pertaining to fake certificates which he used to procure at varying prices for students who had flunked any of their final exams. http://www.deccanherald.com/content/483018/tomars-batchmates-fail-recognise-him.html

mishra Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 ^ Stop beating the bush. The roll number used by Mr Tomar on his degree belongs to some other alumani.
