If government is going "slow on Hindu extremists" as Rohini Salian claims, why has Sadhvi Pragya been in jail 7yrs without charge sheet? What the hell was Maharastra and UPA government doing till now? Waiting for Modi to take power in 2014 so that they have someone to blame #commonsense.

The chargesheet alleges she provided a motorcycle used in the blasts . Last year when the Bombay HC denied her bail : " The material clearly indicates that the appellant is a conspirator and had actively helped the co-accused by providing a motorcycle for explosion of a bomb at Malegaon,” Justice P V Hardas said." The NIA has dropped her name as an accused in the murder of RSS pracharak Sunil Joshi. And 2 months ago the Supreme Court .."asked the trial court in Maharashtra to decide on the bail pleas of accused persons, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, within a month. The court said there was no reliable material to prima facie show that the duo along with four other accused were criminally liable under provisions of MCOCA. “Their applications for bail can be considered for bail by the Special Judge... there is considerable doubt about their involvement,” the court observed in the judgment."

There were TWO MALEGAON BLASTS in 2006 and 2008 . The article you have linked , talks about Pragya and the others being left out of the 2006 blast chargesheet . She is still an accused in the 2008 blasts. In 2006 around 36-37 were killed. in 2008 , 7 were killed.

Pragya Singh is accussed in multiple cases and chargesheets have been filed atleast in one of them. http://www.rediff.com/news/report/sadhvi-pragya-chargesheet-filed-in-sunil-joshi-murder-case/20110301.htm I personally would have felt good if Pragya Singh comes out of the jail but law has to take it's course.

Exactly. What kind of vague language is "higher ups". And this coming from a Public Prosecutor. Either have the guts to name people or shut your trap.

Fact: In past Congress CM tried to frame LTTE for Bombay Bomb blast. It couldnt do was because AIR India and Stock Excahnge directly impacted high and mighty. It was forced to come clean at sertain level Common Sense: Why do you thing Muslims could have planned Godhra. Common mob dont know how to fight and kill another mob unless they got someone as lead. People generally oppose. I cant agree every Muslim on the station would have supported kburning alive those Hindus, unless scared of the pepetrators. Now Rest part of my post is fact. 1. Media have been hounding and hounding 2. Riots occured after Godhra. Not before 3. Congress Centre and neighbour states did not send Police,military,paramilitary for few days despite immediate request.
When has Congress linked LTTE to bombay blasts .Please provide credible links .

Amarjit Singh Samra, the Bombay police chief, said yesterday that a Tamil separatist group, the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), was the chief suspect. Police and army units were last night patrolling mixed Hindu- Muslim neighbourhoods to avert another flare-up of communal fighting.

What's the problem with this? All the sickulars,few in this forum as well continuously called modi and bjp communal and made the elections so anti modi and how he'll play his communal politics once in power,so why surprised now? You guys already knew what was coming so why the bickering
