MCcricket Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 The sad part is except for a short time when Kirsten, Wright, Ganguly n some smart n savvy people were in charge, Indian crickets biggest enemy is administration , so Selectors have been pathetic , current lot worse then Srikanth who was a joke, Captain a Dhoni,no plans visions, team sense, how to build ur bowling stocks, how to plan ahead, why the recycling ofhacks n 30 year olds n most haven't even done **** in domestic, Who on earth sees any potential among trundlers except for Sandeep Sharma That is why this country needs a capt like Ganguly who had built a good team with youngsters who had talent and backed them along with their coach, what is Dhonis legacy all many years of captaincy n not having a strike bowler even forget about bowling attack, how do Jadeja, Mohit, n his cronies deserve a chance in the team.

Think the selectors aren't looking as far as 2019 WC in 2015 itself, and I wouldn't blame them for that.. The squad is probably selected with the WT20 in mind... M Pandey, Uthappa and even Bhajji would be tested here with World T20 in mind... That's probably why they've picked an IPL like squad... Bhajji can be a useful No. 7 in T20s... We've seen that in the IPL many times... Ashwin + Bhajji + 3 pacers seems like a decent combination for T20s

Binny, BK, Mohit, Kulkarni :banghead: I don't think we are ever going to see fast bowlers in future. Hopefully there's a limit to this stupidity and things improve after the T20 WC when this idiot retires. And Tiwari :facepalm: All I remember is him struggling horribly against the short ball against international quicks

There are players in this squad who should be playing vs Aus A. Utterly ridiculous. Sid Monga has posted a ridiculous article asking where the Wicket Keeper, and pacemen are... theyre all in the A team squad! This tour to Zim should not be taking place at all.
