Raghav_12 Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 It is not surprising that police didn't find any evidence. one, it is Maharashtra Police working under sena-bjp alliance. Two, it is always difficult to find evidence as nobody going to give exact same reason while denying flat to you. Any body who have stayed in Pune or some of the area of Mumbai would know that they are not the most accomodative people. Forget about Muslims, they don't welcome even north indians. In Pune I had flat in one of society where majority of house owners are marathis and they difinitely didn't like north-indians. I tried to participate in society meetings, but they would talk only in Marathi, despite knowing very well that there are quite a few non-marathi speakers in society and everybody would know Hindi in the group. Police will not find evidence of this discrimation as well.
