We need a complete overhaul of our ODI team

I'd slot in gurkeerat and pandya for mohit and rahane for now.mohit should be kicked out and need to replace him with any decent pacer (not trundler!!)

The current team has to be the worst odi outfit we have fielded in years,everything is wrong with team.they can't hit spinners and have no idea on how to hit fast bowlers especially with the new rules,they are totally fucked and will plummet in the Rankings.

Not only they the most talentless side in years they are also the most boring, seriously lack flair.

Watching this team play is like watching paint dry and even then its shoddy job as the decorator (Dhoni) is more interested in the process, not the end result.

Just change the ODI captain and the necessary overhaul of the ODI team will automatically follow. Indian cricket captaincy is a very very high pressure job and no individual can do it across all formats for many  years. Dhoni needs a break from captaincy.

TBh honest just need an allrounder that can play big shots. Missing that since yuvi lest. Batting line up has 3 batsman that can play big innings regularly in Dhawan, rohit and kohli, plus rahane and dhoni can set things up and raina  can play big shot but theirs nobody down the order that hit big. So if Raina gets out wer'e screwed most the time. 

Bowling line up obviously has some issue. I would try out Japrit bumrah who is accurate tall and pacy to bowl along with a healthy shami and yadav or ishant. mishra should play ahead of "allrounders" Bajji and axar.

As silva says the number 7 position is hurting us big time. Was the case when with Sir. Could not be relied upon.

You need a proper allrounder in there at 7.

I think India do have options for the opening and middle order. Allrounder we dont have
