Cricketics Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 I was there at the game and in the same hotel where all the players were staying in New York.I met Tendulkar in an elevator as he was going towards his room. He signed the his autobigography which I had and took a picture. It was a lifelong dream which just came true. He is a legend. Very calm guy and a really humble person. Also met Ricky Ponting, who is just as friendly. Probably the most funny person tooamong all. Met pretty much every player, but meeting Tendulkar was just special. Couldn't believe that we were taking the same elevator as Tendulkar. Debutant, Shivaji bhonsle, panther and 6 others 9

Cricketics Posted November 8, 2015 Author Posted November 8, 2015 (edited) Sehwag ko mila?Man, he was one of the first person I met in the morning after Murali. Great dide. Funny thing happened while meeeting Warne. I was heading out from elevator and you know how people make a way for you to go out before new people get inside the elvator. Warne did just that as he. waited for us to come out so he can get in, and all of a sudden as I noticed him, I did not get off at my floor and came back inside the elevator. He kept looking at me and was wondering why the fk I came back lol :). It was that epic poker face he made. Than I asked him howz it going etc and had casual conversation until his floor came. He is cool. Met Laxman very easily as he had just checked in to the hotel early in the morning. He is a gentleman. Our Indian players are all great. Met Jadeja, Agarkar also. Could not meet Ganguly. Did not see him anywhere. Instead I saw Ajay Jadeja. Edited November 8, 2015 by Cricketics Laaloo 1
