Mariyam Posted December 5, 2015 Author Posted December 5, 2015 He did not thanked a junior, what is the big deal. Pathetic media How can you possibly fault the media for this?Dhoni was his captain for 6 years. I.e he was his senior. Gone are the days when age defined seniority. You should snap out of that mindset.By virtue of merit and leadership skills Dhoni, was his captain. Least he could do is acknowledge that fact. Yet he chose not to, and decided to thank all and sundry but leave aside Dhoni.I'm a fan of Sehwag too, but this is just bad behaviour.

He did not thanked "all and sundry". Just his first captain Jadeja, then Ganguly, Dravid maybe Kumble IIRC and his idol Sachin. They all played a part in shaping his career. When Dhoni became captain, Sehwag was a well established world class player. So he need not have to thank Dhoni.
Pagalpanti Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 While he needn't really thank Dhoni for anything but should have mentioned him in his speech.
