Where is Afridi?? 

Simple. He has not hit enough sixes to make it to the list. First of all, he has to score a run to even think about getting into the list.

He not even in the top 20 of all time list despite playing all T20 world cups.

he will probably hit one or two sixes for every innings he plays, but can't play a long innings (40+) to top the list.

Hahha then why Yuvraj not in the list? 

He is not the future of Indian cricket. That's why. Unlike your LALA who is by default 18 forever, we don't hype past legends too much.

Someone (Mahaa Raavana?) voted for Angelo Mathews 

So far he has just 67 sixes in 114 innings in all 20-20 games he played.

Most others on the list average at least around 1 six per innings.
