We just don't have a back up for top 4...rahane? no ways.....Just look at him bat.

v SL flop.

v Pakistan flop

v West Indies flop.

with Yuvraj failing 9 out of 10 times can we win a title with two walking wickets in team in case even any one of the top 4 gets injured?

1)Tickets not available untill recently..

2) No clear picture about Kotla as a venue.

 3) INDIA-PAK clash in disarray.

4) Hardly any development to any venues for the  WC. All Stadiums lack basic modern equipment to tackle rain situations.

5) No proper medical staff for the team..the fitness head has been changed 4 since the permanent guy retired

6) WT20 is on and still no proper coach for team India.

7) All teams say that the quality of facilities provided to them is way below standard if compared to the hospiatality given in Australia.

BCCI is interested in every thing except Cricket.

On turning tracks though we should sleepwalk through the tourney.

But the way Aussies chased 180 yesterday I think on a patta wicket with no spin they can outbat any side. Even India.

Other than that may be England as their spin attack is not bad.

Eng vs WI could turn out to be like a QF assuming that SA dominates that group

Ind ofc is one of the strongest contenders for the title but keeping in mind that every edition has had a brand new champ (and some surprise winners), I would also keep an eye on SA, Aus and NZ

Exactly I think its high time for law of averages to come good for SA.

And never has a pre-tournament favorite team won the WT20.

2007 : Pak lost finals . Won the next cup.

2012 : SL lost finals. Won the next cup.

2014 : IND lost the finals.. Won the cup :-D

BTW no host nation has won the cup..

WT20 in WI : previous host Eng win.

WT20 in SL : Previous host WI win.

WT20 in BAN : Previous host SL win.

WT20 In IND : :finger: IND win - Don't even think about it BD fans.

Instead of one of Negi or Bhajji, we could hv included someone like Aaron. This would have allowed for a better rotation of the quicks as well

Agree. can'y expect all to fit for such a long time...AUS, Sl, Asia cup, And now WC with 2 warm-ups and then at least 4 games.

Afg makes it!

Btw, looking at the Ind vs SA warm-up, I hope we have sporting (or turning) tracks as on a flat deck, one or two guys can change things by just hitting through the line

We'd end up conceding 180-190+ against good batting sides and that includes AUS/ SA/ NZ. England, I'm not sure as their players haven't got enough experience of playing in the subcontinent.
Also, when we're chasing such totals, we cant afford to score at 6-7 rpo in the first 6 overs all the time.

Any why the hell is Nehra not being bowled in warm ups? I would want to see how he fares on these flat pitches. I'd go with Shami is he's fit.
