He handled that very well. How many cricketers would pull that off with such aplomb after a semi final loss?

The reporter was wrong in this case. Every loss does not mean he will rethink on his decision to retire.

But it's Dhoni old tactic to do something or the other during press conferences to cover up for the loss.

The journalist's question definitely was inappropriate. Simple reasons being Dhoni isn't too old, is fit and is playing well, and he didn't give any indication that he'd retire after this WT20.

 

But some of Dhoni's analogies in the press conferences over the years have been very strange. A journalist's son/bro to replace him as WK, comparing DRS to life jacket etc.

 

 

On reaching Napier only 18 hours before a Test once
