He's is Congress VP and could be future PM of India... He doesn't attracts that much scrutiny, especially when he questions Modi's announced trips abroad... This guy and his mother make quite a lot of secret trips to abroad which general public are not aware of... So they project that they are always in India thinking only about poor people of India while Modi travels around all over the World... Pappu goes abroad to celebrate his B'Day every year... Would be interesting to see if n future he celebrates his B'Day in a humble way in India and then participates in the World Yoga Day, which he skips too, just because it's promoted by Modi... tweaker 1
