Texan Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 This dude seems weaker than a plastic doll. Just keeps breaking something or the other.... and all he is doing is batting. Many many batsmen go through very long phases of their career injury free. Is something seriously wrong with him???
rkt.india Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 he fields at shortleg and got hit twice once against SL and once against NZ due to which he missed test matches. Other then that, there has been no injury issues with him. zen 1

What was the need of going for 6 when he knew his shoulder was hurting.. his wicket turned the game IMO. Edited February 27, 2017 by veer

Regardless, the other guys did much less than he did in that match, so there's that.

In this match, though, once you are set, you become too valuable to both teams and when you know your top 3 are back in hut then you should have been more careful. Aussies are best team to capitalize on your one mistake. I would say Rahul's wicket gave them the series... they'll be hard to beat now that they are 1 up. I know It is all in hind sight but.. .

No.... he changed his approach after his 50 and started hitting casual aerial shots and slashing casually outside off-stump even to Starc. Before his 50, he was was not going for casual aerial shots, neither was he slashing outside the off-stump casually.
