Pollack Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Today's collapse was more due to brilliant bowling by Stark and Hazzlewood.

Why are Indian batters down the order succumbing so easily? we knew they will struggle against starc but they have struggled against starc hazelwood lyon and okefeeeeee thats the problem.
Vilander Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Guys i feel if Vijay was able to hold one end when Rahul batted well we might have not been in this situation at all as in first test would have been a closer affair. He needs to be back and he needs to have had his adjustments done against Starc and Hazelwood.

Why are Indian batters down the order succumbing so easily? Was just plain hard to bat as you can see Aussies collapsed too. Our biggest reason though for collapse was poor shot by Nair. Hopefully he will learn from that. You can't be driving first ball on Starc's delivery in these conditions. His wicket could have added at least 30 more runs, but it wasn't to be.
