Yes. Atleast that would result in 2 things

 

1) His career would be officially ended by Kohli with no conspiracy theories required

 

2) People will support Kohli instead of blaming him for ending his career

Its just he has stuck a bad patch. In such situation ur weekness gets caught as u develop some bad habbits, then problem becomes mental and soon even luck runs out

 

has happened to everyone . Players become better after this

people like raina , kambli etc never improved their game when they were found out

Rahul when burst on the scene to now has improved and turned into seriously good player....the way he improved his physique and power game is great 

Once he was gettting injured every 2 mnth now he isnt....means he has worked hard

From being benched in IPL to being one the best in IPL is an improvement

 

So where are the signs that he never improves

his go to shot when he gets no clues is reverse sweep ..

kohli struggled to rotate the strike in his initial days like rahane , but kohli is a different player now and rahane is still the same odi player once he was

Look If A has improved and B hasnt doesnt mean C will meet be like B

yuvi when he came in was crap against spin and at his peek he destroyed them for fun

Dhoni game agianst pace improved massively 

Rohit has improved his strike rotation

Dhawan has improved like anything 

Gambhir when came in had a huge shuffle problem, he improved

 

He is a quality player and he wud do, if he doesnt lets save the judgement till that time
