It said plastic surgeons have facial models and pointers only for western beauty, so all the faces they operate on end up with western looks. It maybe the case, that bad plastic surgery on many desi actresses, might be because plastic surgeons lack an understanding of beauty in the indian sense. There is this Telugu actor called Allu Arjun....I won't go as far to say that plastic surgery made him look good but definetely he went from Ugly to Below-Average.
