putrevus
This guy has been just amazing this year. For a guy who was deemed useless even for FC cricket has made most of his opportunities. He has dominated Proteas in South Africa and has scored 9 hundreds in 31 tests which is amazing record for an opener. This guy has proved even a T20 player if he can play his play his natural game can succeed in tests, what they require is fearless approach and mindset. Most of the Indian batsmen once they step out out from the cozy confines of subcontinent have appeared timid and clueless. The way the surrendered in England without even putting up fight in last three tests was deplorable. Link to comment

The no of idiotic threads here started nowadays just to moan r seriously pathetic Anyway for about Warner is one of the few batsmen nowadays who entertains u in test cricket .Just like Sehwag used to . Nikhil_cric
Has improved massively in the last year. Maybe Kohli,Pujara and co. should kidnap Joe Root and beat him up. Might improve their batting Link to comment
SLICKR392
Derailing your own title and post. Was all at sea against England and in India. Let him play on a decent SC wicket. Link to comment

putrevus
He has scored 2 hundreds in a test not once but twice in 33 tests which is quite remarkable. I have to admit I thought he was a slasher but he has become an awesome batsman.Hats off to him for his amazing year. He has proved what fearless approach can do for batsman. Link to comment
Marut
He has the talent and remarkable hand-eye coordination. But like other slashers he won't last very long when his reflexes slow down. May be for the next two or three years he will have a wonderful time - but he won't take this form beyond that. Link to comment

This guy is cashing in on his form this year like Ponting did in mid 2000s. Link to comment
