I liked the way Sundar handled Jadeja's fake run starts. He literally turned his face/body to other side and not even looked at Jaddu when there was No run!

Jurel is not a bad replacement as he is a proper bat. We will miss the clutchness of Pant, but we will be alright!

I am more suprised that he managed to hide he was an A class trundler!

He was the best bowler out of Ashwin, Jadeja, Kuldeep and himself in the NZ home test series. He is still averaging 38 with bat and 26 with ball. Not bad for someone not given a permanent spot...

At almost 26 years old, he is no young kid. Temperament and discipline is the most important aspect for an International cricketer... He still has time at his hand, but not really positive if anything will come out of it!

For bowlers it will be tricky having to manage workload across all formats...

Between Thakur and NKR, one should be picked based on if the pitch will favour batting or bowling. For first test will have warm weather around so expecting batting friendly condition in which case Shardul should get the nod as we need an extra bowler.

Last Thursday was 30 degrees with clear sky in London and that's the main reason South Africa were able to bat comfortbably in 4th innings of WTC Final. It was cloudy and colder for the first two days when both teams struggled. Leeds looks like will have warmish and clear weather during the First test. So should expect a Flattish pitch where 400 would be par score.
