Chinese have bought Pakistan. Heard lots of contracts are going to Chinese companies.

Pakistanis are the victim of serial molestation.  First it was Uncle Sam who was going to make Pakistan great again, then it was Uncle Saud, now its Uncle Cheen.  All that happens is these uncles pay the rent, use Pakistan for their purposes then its triple talaq time.   Right now Iron Brother is in the process of putting all its surplus out of date infrastructure equipment and supplies to "modernize" Pakistan, paid for loans made by Chinese banks at loanshark rates.   Of course some of the Pakistani deal facilitators (dallas) will get a few  crumbs, while the the government of Pakistan will be stuck with the bill.  No worries, there is an alarm clock in Islamabad that goes off every few years - once that bell rings, its time to go beg for a IMF bailout.  Give it a couple of years, 2019 the alarm will go off.  Right after the "elections" are over.

This is to fulfill the legal requirements. In case anyone sues bcci they will say that the govt. didnot allow and claim force majeure.

This makes a lot of sense.

I always heard Pakistan and democracy shouldn't be used in same sentence. You just demonstrated why.

This seems to be correct. PCB and BCCI had an agreement MoU that is not legally binding. To overcome it, just show of intent is sufficient.

So what you want an election for this crap?

Indian democracy is far more superior to hold such elections for cheap causes. Maybe in your country, you can hold elections (with 100% + voter turnout).

cant believe i am dignifying that with a response, but benefit of doubt so here it goes. The request will go to sport ministry, Modi wont have time for all this.

one thing i love about pakistanis is that they unite Indians, its empowering to see the full strength. otherwise we are fractured in our rivalries not  just in ICF.
