Dhoni should make the list on basis of failing to live up to his reputation alone with strike rate of 120 .

1) Rohit Sharma

2) M S Dhoni

3) Yuvraj Singh

4) Surya Kumar Yadav

5) Mohit Sharma

6) Mandeep Singh
