The B'lore pitches were poor and Indore ones went the other extreme. The big hits look good if there's some skill involved. On a flat patta where teams are scoring 200-220 and every batsman looks like Viv Richards re-incarnated the big hits lose their charm.

beetle Posted May 21, 2017 Author Posted May 21, 2017 This year the bowlers got their bag of tricks and worked well to counter the mad innovative hitting by the batsmen seen earlier.I think they were smarter. No batsman really owned the bowlers like the last few Ipls. Ultimate_Game 1
