Agree. The reason is because he actually had started as a batsman who liked to bowl but then as he kept growing taller, he started pursuing his bowling more than his batting.

He tugs his non bowling arm properly while in delivery stride to generate pace, just picks his non bowling arm midway through follow through as if to ease it a bit.
