Dhoni is not a finisher material right now.I really hope he gets the accumulator role and Kedar,Pandey and Pandya do the hitting and finishing job for now.

None of Thakur,Unadkat or Shankar will make it to the first XI when Bumrah,BK & Pandya are available.

I know but they should have given a chance to Umesh to rectify his problems.

England lacks good spinners in the domestic. But  they need one anyway. Difference between Moeen and other spinners in domestic is not significant. So they use him as an all rounder.

Moeen Ali is true definition of bit and pieces Player. A Player who is not reliable to be given 10 overs and he can't make to team just based on his batting. 

 

Washington can be only considered a good fit if he can take bowling 10 overs as a main spinner.

He can bowl his 10 overs and looks a better option than Axar.He edges out Axar with his batting and fielding.

Kohli prefers Chahal and Kuldeep over others.For now he can be the 3rd spinner.Whether he can topple any

of the 2 wrist spinners that only time will tell.

Moeen Ali is a different batsman. He has few tests as well as ODI tons. He is more attacking player than Sundar.

 

As far as bowling is concerned, Sundar seems to be better T20 bowler than Moeen and that is where he can be better than Moeen if at all he makes test debut or survives in ODI team for long.
