Siraj picks up a lot wickets bowled in domestic cricket by doing excatly this. Bowl fast at the stumps. He should keep doing that instead of trying too many slower balls which he is not that good at.

Siraj should NOT be in the test squad ...  but can be in the LOI squad.

 

He has more upside than Shardul as a LOI bowler.

Pacers who would be in contention for some teams that are likely to be selected on 8th may could be-

umesh,ishant,shammi,bumrah,bhuvi kinda sure for tests..

avesh ,sidharth kaul, mavi,ankit rajpoot, left arm pacer khejroliya,Siraj, khaleel,shardul and even nagarkoti, unadkat will surely get into t20 team, even prasidh  KM Asif could also get a chance as there are so many teams.

Pacers I hope to see in the A team -  Avesh,  Mavi, Kaul, Rajpoot, Nagarkoti, Khaleel.

 

Shardul and Thampi have played in three and two A team series respectively and new pacers need to be given chances.

He is clocking 142 k to 147 k sometimes  and bowling 135 k to 140 k sometimes.

Yes when in rythem he is no less than express as evident from his recent exploits in ipl,he needs to understand when the batsmen are after him he doesnt have to make things easier for them by bowling rubbish Slower ones..he should bowl as he bowled yesterday ya I know the pitch yesterday was condusive for bowling but then he bowled brilliantly

He has bowled lots of 135 k to 138 k balls.   

 

I doubt that they are errors as known international pacers are bowling at their usual speeds.

May be but 135-138 k is also sharp,he gives an impression of being a rythem bowler,when in rythem ie when everything falls in place for him he bowls genuinely quick,but the real concern is when he is put under "pressure cooker situation" he kind of buckles down same is with Avesh but Avesh is quite raw  ,will bounce back with experience under his belt

Anyone remember this guy playing for deccan chargers? Had a run s long as some of the fastest bowlers and would end up bowling 120kmps thunderbolts. India has come a long way in terms of sheer pace. Just need to get rid of Unadkat.
