Dhoni took CSK to almost all playoffs. That's insane and if he had done it for any team, they would back him the same way. CSK is something for TN in terms of cricket and Dhoni is the brand ambassador. You're just complicating things. Abdul Kalam got his due. Every family reveres him...no matter which school you go to in TN, you'll find Kalam's photo in the principal's cabin.
