In his early stage odi format is best suited that's what my opinion is. As he  he needs sometime to adjust in middle and then he can play his shots. Being a keeper test format will always be tough as it require painstaking effort during fielding , Similarly in t20 if he play as an opener or one down tht's ok but coming down the order in his early career in t20 would not help either.

Nash! Pant is better in both keeping and batting but is not given enough chances and you know for whom and why

I'd play Pant and DK. With DK as an opener. Pujara, Vijay and Dhawan are hopeless.
