India are no 1 team by a long margin so their fans will be arrogant.

The best team should be able to win away from home.

India are dominant at home and Competitive away.Their slip catching lost them the Sa series.Currently Most Teams Are Poor Away.If they Win Abroad they can be all time great team considering the dominance in India.

They choose to cut short practice matches .

Guys like dhawan are  habitual offenders who don't even have the shame to feel bad about dropping catches.

Kohli was dropped multiple times. Get over it. Put him on the boundary and that is on Shastri. Anyway the match was lost because of batting failure and too many pacers.

No! He is better batsman than both Rahul and Vijay. Let us get this straight he is the best opener for India. Dropping catches cannot be excused so he needs to be moved out of that position and send to the boundary.

He is best opener for India in Asian conditions but not overseas better to kick him and Vijay out of the team and give chances to Shaw.

I am not going to argue if you mean what you state that need to take Vijay out also. That is a fair statement which I will not dispute.

 

But getting back I think Dhawan, rahane and Sharma are the best India has for opener slot.

 

This was the best Indian batting lineup and I dont want to make any change for the next game for batting. I just want one extra spinner.

LOL! Dhawan can only dream of surviving those spells from Steyn survived by Vijay during the tour before last. Rahul-Dhawan is 50-50 based on records, but Rahul has a higher ceiling based on what he has shown.

That is the problem. Vijay has maxed out. Rahul has potential but I have no idea what is going on. Dhawan is the best India has.

But no, on a tour to England he is definitely not the best India has in Tests! Check his record the last tour. He was dropped after failing in 6 innings, totalled 122 runs at an average of 20. Vijay scored 400 odd runs, scored one century and 2 50s, averaged 40+. Even in the practice match Dhawan got out cheap twice!

 

So NO, He is not the best India has atm!
