As Kohli tops Test rankings, Ganguly wants more on captaincy front

Can ganguly not talk with kohli one on one ? kohli needs someone to guide him the right path because i am afraid he doesn't seem to understand the crux of the problem

He is a bit like Tendulkar somewhat. lol He just does well expect others to do the same. He doesn't marshal the resources to get the best out of them. At times he has to be tough with the players. Let them know he is the boss not the friend.

Kohli had an excellent support system in Kumble, but it was him who wanted a 'Yes man'.

Media outlets picked up a fake account's advice to Kohli and published it. 

 

Ganguly is still on BCCI payroll, so it's business as usual for Kohstri!

So unless they say against Kohli they are on BCCI payroll. Gavaskar who according to many ICFers is first person to one payroll criticized them about practice matches.How will playing one more match would help. It won't help Rahul from being too flashy for his own good, and Dhawan to be good against moving ball. Pujara has been playing for whole summer what has he done.
