He doesn't marshal the resources to get the best out of them. At times he has to be tough with the players. Let them know he is the boss not the friend. adi B 1

Gavaskar who according to many ICFers is first person to one payroll criticized them about practice matches.How will playing one more match would help. It won't help Rahul from being too flashy for his own good, and Dhawan to be good against moving ball. Pujara has been playing for whole summer what has he done.
