Hardik Pandya 20 wickets in IPL more than many specialist bowlers.

He's already one of the top names in IPL,Big Bash,CPL etc.Even after the ban, he will be a certain starter for Windows T20i team. He's not as successful in T20i level matches as you pointed, but one of the most in demand players in global franchisee cricket tourneys.
