he played whole tour of SA n NZ in 2014, didnt miss a simgle game

played 3 games in aus out of 4.....

 

Also when he got chance in eng , he threw his wkt before lunch like an idiot 

 

how much more chances u want, he was dropped coz he was failing

Yeah he performed poor in africa. Was okish in nz tour. England played only 1 match out of 5. Aus was again poor performance though pitches were absolute flat highways for him. We should try to find new openers after this series and test them in aus.

Bunty krupe. I hope the selectors are not considering this option. We have some good back up options now for openeres in Agarwal and Shaw. Rohit Sharma, Dhawan, Raina, Ishant Sharma.. it's a group of TTFs.
