His batting will be fine in ODIs but he is still not good enough as a 5th bowler, can at best bowl 5-6 overs. If he plays we have to play Jadhav as well. So this becomes the 11 (no Shami as he clearly deserves to be rested)

 

Rohit, Dhawan, Kohli, Rayudu, Dhoni, Jadhav, Shankar, Bhuvi, Khaleel, Kuldeep, Chahal (that middle order still sucks )

If you still have Rayudu and Dhoni in the middle order, it will look sucky..

 

Replace Rayudu, Dhoni, Jadhav with Gill, Pant, Pandya.. it looks a better line up
