Seeing how Pandya and Rahul made fools of themselves and the recent banning of a young player in  Mumbai,it is very important for players to know how to conduct themselves in public .

The  sessions with media professionals is very important these days when social media presence has become almost mandatory.

these guys are already handled by media professionals and such events only happen under their supervision.

Not their media professionals....like managers.Personal managers like sejdah's have been sending guys like rahul and shreyas to shows that depends on controversial content for eyeballs.

This should be by bcci  and by neutral media professionals who can make the players know whether what is being asked of them by their mangers is good for them or not.

Didnt their own media promotional companies should have done the same.  it is a huge failure on their part.

Their personal short term benefit out weighs the long term personal interest of players. This time it back fired big time.

The players should be able to tell the difference ....for that they need advice from neutral professional.

Players should also be able to approach the neutral guys in case they are not sure about whether they should or how much they should listen to their management team.

Look at Hardik Pandya: The guy couldn't even remember his own roll no. But anyways, blue hair bwoy is one of the dumbest/big talk/fake player in history of Indian Cricket. The way he was demeaning education system was just pathetic to see. No counselling is going to change him.

I agree ,just counselling would not have  helped a guy like Pandya...but would work for guys like Pant ,Prithvi ,Gill ,Iyer and others.
