In an ideal situation, Kids should not be allowed to enter into any religion till 18 years. After 18, they could themselves decide to convert to any religion that they want. 

 

To be truthful, ALL PARENTS of ALL RELIGIONS are involved in brainwashing of their children in one way or another.
