Playing well for MI fast-tracked him into the limited overs side, but I don't agree his IPL had much to do with him earning his test cap. I agree with you but MI had given him access to world class coaching and Malinga.

Coaching is true, MI gives access to many world class players, but I don't think Malinga is much of a test bowler. Malinga definitely leped him develop his yorker

Malinga taught me how bowl an outswinger, says Bumrah .

even mayank doesnt inspire confidence,his footwork needs a lot of work.he should watch Dravid coming forward in defense and not the half hearted stuff he is doing right now.

Indian batting does not inspire any confidence.This is just awful batting by openers what are they waiting for, they should go on all out attack but this prodding and poking will lead them to nowhere.
