My question was primarily on NRI indian sikhs. If it did it is right to self determine. So its basically reconciliation after the 1984 sikh riots. This is on Modi govt he has got to get those who did this punished. Thats the path to reconciliation as Sikhs are Indians and need to be reconciled with no matter what.
