This is futile unless we have data from domestic cricket. Ideally, we need to work on players' weaknesses and improve them at that stage.

This is something they have to do it themselves like Kohli did, Tendulkar did.   Raina is a case in point. Played at the highest level in all three formats. NEver bothered to iron out his weakness against short ball

But it helps to have data to know where and how they have to improve. Ashwin made a valid point recently. He said everybody was critical of him for not using his body fully but nobody knew how to teach him how to do so. We need an Aussie- style setup. They have so much data and outrageously knowledgeable and useful coaches at the Shield level that even international level players simply go back to their state coaching setup to fine-tune their actions, work on specific weaknesses etc.
