Right now Pandya's injury means we need someone who can bat, Jadeja/Sundar/Krunal/Dube....disagree with the choices we are trying but there is a reason. Top 3, Iyer, Rahul,Pant/Pandey/Jadhav  thats 6 batsman let’s says Pandya at 7 Or 5 bowlers with someone like Thakur who can whack a few or Jadeja as the 3rd spinner or few dollies from Jadhav, so many combos available. If your top 7 cannot get the job done then no one can.
