Vilander Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 parrot is a 'feminine' pet for lack of better word, for a guy to have very cute soft and fragile, may be some softie who likes parrots can tell us do they know their humans ? or care for their humans like cats and dogs do ?. cats for most part are cute but women like them better as they are clean and independent and one needs to earn their love, dogs are cute too boys/girls equally love them as they are playful and dependent and give ego massage for needy people.
maniac Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 One of my 2nd cousin (very rich guy ) owns this African Parrot that he purchased for like 4-5K USD. Magnificent creature though and super cute. They are supposed to be one of the smartest birds on the planet ( Go Birds!!! ). One of the most adorable pets. I don't like owning birds. I am going to channel my inner Hirani/ Vidhu Chopra and blame Hinduism for scarring the mind of a kid I heard this story of Sant Ramdas who despite being an ardent devotee of Lord Ram was jailed on false accusations. This was his karma for imprisoning a bird either in his youth or previous birth. So if a great sant like that can suffer just think about a common man like me, imprisoning a bird may be pretty low down the list of sins
