In Bishnoi's case the thing is weirder than usual. There is hardly any legspin at all.

Kumble never spun his leg break much even at the end of his career. He worked on his variations of pace and multiple variations of googlies. Also it's about surface too. I am sure if surface is helpful to spin, he will be able to turn his leg break a bit more.

Kumble spun his leg spinners more in his later years than in his beginning years. There was a small but distinct deviation from the late 1990s onwards.
