Sarook's performance between cringe and sublime. In some scenes he over-acts and looks cringe. In some, where he is subtle and keeps himself in check, it is too good.

 

 

SRK was given a once in a lifetime script by Mani Ratnam.

 

From a purely performance PoV, that is among SRK's best 3. Some would say this is his best.

HE is alright when he is subtle, like he was in Swades.  At times he does over-act. Acting is 50% in the hands of director. I don't think Bollywood has great directors who can get the very best out of actors.

Man has god-level confidence in his dance and song.

 

In one function he grabbed a mike and sang. It was troll material. He self-trolled the same song in Bhagawant Kesari. The man has such a thick skin. 

 

Tammies have trolled Baalayya...ironically their demi god is making a remake of Baalayya movie....

Watched about half movie so far. It is good, regular masala fare with some good cinematic elements.  Disappointed with the Sandy Dancemaster character as the main villian. He has no screen presence , nor is his voice menacing.

Everybody in both the Telugu states are still cursing and abusing Lokesh for giving Nagarjuna such a forgettable role.

 

Till date I loved all the movies I've seen of Lokesh but this movie was crap and I stopped watching after the 1st half. Looked like Soubin was the lead actor in the movie.

I never even try to review mega star , big budget movies. They are almost always crap. Because they spend so much money too many guys will give input to make sure it is not a commercial failure.

What a horrible second half worse second half than Vikram. Cameos from Nagarjuna, Upendra, Aamir couldn’t save the horrible script. Sandy was the worst of them all. I thought ghost Nagarjuna did well speaking my Tamil. But a colossal waste of everyone’s time.

I have not seen the movie. But in the chase of Pan indian success they added too many cameo's and it did not turn our organic. They tried to copy the success of Jailer.

Saw this movie. Postponed it and finally watched it. Tom has done a fine job in this true story.

Ya.. it was different from Tom. Sure it is not as good Liman's bournes identity. He is known for fast cuts in movies. You could see plenty of that here

Talking about Liman, watch Edge of Tomorrow. It is excellent movie and I have seen quite a few times already. I watch it almost yearly and always find something new in it.
