It won't happen though. A nice nexus exists which does not bothers about Indian test cricket fans base and allows him to continue as captain and Shastri as coach. There is no accountability as has been seen with Dhoni as well.

even past 'very good to great' players would keep silent  even after all these thrashings for some reasons or the other... that being the case how can heads roll?

likes of sastri, rahane, pujara should ideally be no where  near the team.

Kohli just now said he would want to 'remain committed to the team's cause'. He is going nowhere as a captain. He's not resigned from RCB after 7 shambolic years. Stakes for India captaincy are even higher.

Ideally the Head Coach and Batting coach must be fired immediately, Kohli must be sacked on the basis of progress .Wheres the progress ?

Isnt the captain also responsible ? 

Where have you taken us in the last 1/2 years ,what's your roadmap ? Are you here to smile and giggle and clowning all the time ?
